1. Digital Products
All products sold by ProCheat
are digital goods delivered electronically. Once access is provided, the product is considered delivered.
2. No Automatic Refunds
Due to the nature of digital delivery, all sales are generally final.
We do not offer automatic refunds once access has been granted.
3. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem preventing access or usage,
you must contact support before requesting a refund.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
4. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
• Access was never delivered.
• A verified technical failure could not be resolved.
• The request is made within a reasonable timeframe after purchase.
Any approved refund is granted at our sole discretion.
5. Misuse & Abuse
Refunds will not be issued in cases of misuse, account sharing,
violation of Terms of Service, or attempts to reverse engineer or resell the product.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in
immediate suspension of access and a permanent ban from future purchases.
