Access is delivered automatically after checkout. Follow the instructions provided on the order page or in your account.

I didn’t receive anything after paying — what should I do?
Check your order page, your email and Sell.app account first. If it’s still missing, open a ticket on Discord and include your order ID.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is usually instant after checkout. If manual processing is required, it will be stated on the product page.
Can I upgrade my product later?
No. In order to get a new plan, you need to order seperately. 1 day keys are mostly for testing purposes only.
Do you store my payment details?
No. Payments are processed securely by the checkout provider. We never store your card or payment details.
Why might checkout fail?
Common reasons include bank declines, VPN restrictions, or payment limits. Try another method or contact support.
I forgot where to find my order — where is it?
You can find your order in your Sell.app account under “Orders” or in the confirmation email sent after purchase.
